Office Manager and Lead Coordinator:

Part time role based Alexandria area, Sydney

Looking for someone that thrives on working autonomously, takes initiative and has fire in their belly to learn and contribute to a growing business.

A proficiency in Shopify, Canva, Sketch Up and or Klaviyo is a bonus but not essentially.

Tasks involve but aren’t limited to:

  • Customer service: managing and logging all customer enquiries and seeing them through in a timely and professional way.
  • This includes creating quotes, fabric price enquiries and general relationship management both on the supply and client side.
  • Factory liaison: managing orders and production
  • Client liaison: managing orders and deliveries
  • Office maintenance: maintaining and upkeep of showroom and office space. This includes keeping stocktakes and advising when reorders are required.
  • Logistics: booking and arranging deliveries for orders
  • Fulfilment: Sending out swatches as well as Quick Ship products and samples
  • Photoshoot and marketing: arranging, booking and coordinating Land photoshoots and product send outs
  • Showroom management: Greeting clients and potential leads in the showroom and taking them on a supported journey through to sale.
